      Job Description

      • Be responsible for the development and maintenance (corrective and evolutionary) of web applications;
      • Development of REST API solutions;
      • Provide writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code;
      • Ensure conducting software analysis, programming, testing and debugging;
      • Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.


      Qualifications

      • BSc/MS in Computer Science;
      • More than 5 years of experience working with PHP;
      • Working experience with PHP framework - Laravel or others;
      • Experience with SQL databases;
      • Knowledge of Web Services and REST APIs;
      • Strong unit test and debugging skills;
      • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools;
      • Knowledge of Agile- Scrum project methodologies;
      • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

    • Digital Marketing Specialist (Spanish)

      We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

      About your role:

      We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide high-quality assistance to business users of a major digital advertising platform. You will support advertisers by handling product-related inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across chat and email channels.


      What you will do:

      • Actively identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance the advertiser experience.
      • Manage end-to-end troubleshooting for technical and product-related questions.
      • Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to resolve various types of inquiries.
      • Maintain strong customer satisfaction by delivering clear communication and timely updates.
      • Meet service level targets while ensuring consistent quality and productivity.
      • Collaborate with technical specialists to help advertisers understand platform functionalities and common issues.


      What we’re looking for:

      • Spanish language at minimum C1 level
      • English language at minimum B2 level
      • Professional experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
      • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
      • Experience in digital marketing.
      • Previous support or contact center experience within the advertising technology space.
      • Strong familiarity with social media tools and an understanding of digital advertising fundamentals.
      • Excellent customer service abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
      • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


      What you will gain:

      • Standard salary: 900€ (gross) 14 times per year
      • Performance bonus (gross): 200€ x 11
      • Meal allowance: 7,23€ per workday (paid in meal card)
      • Health insurance: Since day 1 upon monthly payment - Free after 6 months of contract


      For relocating candidates:

      • Apartment Room with rent of 280€ for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip).

      Estamos buscando a una persona que esté deseando iniciar carreras en ventas B2B como Sales Development Representative (SDR).


      Como SDR, tendrás un papel importantísimo en la empresa, ya que serás el primer punto de contacto con el potencial lead. Tu objetivo será cualificar leads y descubrir oportunidades en el mercado a través de principalmente llamadas. Si tienes claro que tu mundo está orientado a la venta, la posición de SDR es perfecta para conocer las ventas desde cero y poder escalar a otra posición al cabo de unos meses ;)

      Vas a ser la primera imagen de Twenix, por lo que necesitamos que seas excelente en comunicación, fluidez y análisis de detección de oportunidades B2B. Además, tienes muchísima empatía, productividad, organización, inglés, te encantan las ventas y además eres súper positivo/a :)

      No nos importa si has tenido experiencia previa en ventas, ya que lo que más nos importa es el entusiasmo y la motivación que traigas, ya que es una posición para un perfil joven con ganas de crecer. Nos interesa mucho la formación que tienes, ya que demostrará que eres una persona ambiciosa y curiosa.


      ¿Qué harás en el día a día? 🤜 🤛

      • Contactarás con potenciales clientes de la lista de empresas que te proporcionaremos.
      • Calificarás oportunidades de negocio mediante llamadas telefónicas (principalmente), correo y LinkedIn.
      • Identificarás a los decision-makers y detectarás sus necesidades con el fin de analizar cómo resolverlas.
      • Agendarás meetings cualificados a los ejecutivos de cuenta, siendo este tu principal objetivo.
      • Cumplirás con los objetivos de desarrollo de ventas.

      The TransPerfect TechOps team has been a vital part of the company’s success since its formation over 10 years ago – delivering technology and services that have drastically simplified the lives of our clients and colleagues – from workflow improvements for colleagues to core services that form the basis of the company’s GlobalLink platform, to creating scalable client interfaces that allow novice users to navigate complex ecosystems.


      Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

      • Implement defined features through code development, while also conducting thorough investigations and resolution of bugs
      • Develop modular, reusable code components to streamline development and maintenance
      • Utilize front-end frameworks like Vue.js, or Angular to create scalable and reusable UI components
      • Optimize code and assets to ensure optimal load times and smooth performance
      • Perform code reviews to uphold quality standards
      • Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that either adhere to existing standards or establish new ones across departments

      • Ability to take complex designs from Figma and convert to corresponding HTML/CSS/JS code

      Work model:

      This position is intended to be largely in-office with a focus on flexibility. Today, most of the global team is on a hybrid model ranging between 3-4 days in the office per week.
